Q. How will I know if I've won?
When you win, our system will automatically send a notification of your win to your MixerBox Points Club webpage, app, and the email address you used to log in. Additionally, you can check the "Winning Records" section on the member page for confirmation.
Q. How are prizes delivered? Do I need to provide personal information?
Before participating in the lottery, you need to enter your login email address and complete the verification to prevent impersonation and facilitate receiving prize notifications. Apart from that, we will not ask for any personal information such as real name, address, or phone number. If you win, the system will display a notification on your page, and you will need to fill out a shipping information form for the recipient. Prizes are delivered in two ways: 1. Virtual electronic gifts: Within 30 business days, they will be sent to the email address you provided. 2. Physical gifts: Within 30 business days, gifts will be sent by mail or courier service to the address you provided. * If shipping information is not provided within one month, it will be considered as forfeiting the winning eligibility.
Q. How long does it take to receive the prize after winning?
After you provide the shipping information, we will confirm it within 10 business days and send out the prize within 30 business days after confirmation. (Please note that if the item is out of stock, it may cause shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.) For virtual electronic gifts, please ensure that a valid and correct email address is provided.
Q. Will changing my nickname affect the lottery?
Even if you change your nickname, the lottery records will be associated with the email address you used. So don't worry about losing your lottery records!
Q. What does the participation progress mean? How can I reach 100%?
The participation progress refers to the progress bar towards the gift deadline. The closer it is to the deadline, the higher the progress!
